Atlantic salmon
The fresh cool waters of southern Chile are ideal for farming Atlantic salmon, a large fish with a long body and a characteristically silver color with black spots on its body. Its meat is very versatile for all types of cuts, as well as being very healthy due to its high protein and Omega-3 content.
Coho salmon
In Japan, Coho salmon has become a much sought-after food product that has gained great recognition, and is consumed in different ways, especially salted and cooked in a way that is known as “kirimi”. Just like other salmonids, it has a high percentage of DHA that makes it greatly appreciated for its good levels of Omega-3.
